MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

In late 2007, the critic and programmer Mark Peranson was called, by the Catalan director Albert Serra to somehow play the character of Joseph, father of Jesus, in the film Birdsong, free version of the journey of the three Wise Men to the manger. With contemplation parsimonious style very similar to the Serra cinema, with long shots where the light passing is mixed with the accident, Peranson discover a universe of freedom and limitations, doubts and certainties, concentration and dispersion. The radical nature of the filmmaking experience as Serra, as demonstrated in his previous film Honor de Cavalleria, was the target Peranson chamber, which also act was devoted to recording of the making from the inside, totally immersed in the filming, no separation. And at the heart of this cinematic journey is the utopia of a group of crusaders who pursues a dream even with his libertarian way of filmmaking, trying to become a natural poetic and mythical flash like birdsong or the fog silky team pursues in a moment.
