MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1988 film?

In the seventeenth century, a Bulgarian Christian region is selected by the Ottoman rulers to thereby serve as an example for converting to Islam. The Turkish governor tries to find a peaceful solution, however contrary to the long burst of violence, torture and rebellion. A Janissary who was kidnapped from small addition is sent to force the reluctant conversion. Bulgarian The full version has 288 minutes divided in two episodes.
