MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

During the decades of 1970 and 1980 in Mexico, paramilitary equipment, including " White Brigade " belonging to the Federal Security Directorate, hundreds of youths abducted and disappeared, for "allegedly " belonging to guerrilla teams. Since those days the Mexican Government has refused to respond to his whereabouts.
