MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

Narragonia, a site located in fantasy, the country of fools. The book presents a gallery of cases, marginalized characters dance, even traveling towards Narragonia. " Das Narrenschiff " is a novel by Sebastian Brant, published at the end of the fifteenth century, describing a mythical fact: hundreds of men and women were expelled from cities and condemned to eternally sail adrift. The document therefore seeks to find the destination unreachable, the land of tolerance and freedom, perhaps the journey itself. The difference is that the search is performed in the XXI century, with a real boat musicians and actors who rebels against the absolute power of money and against the invisible market chains. His madness is to err, by different oceans for nine years in search of a nonexistent Narragonia in a rickety boat built in 1916, without funding, and bringing his stage show at various ports and towns in the world. They start rennet theater and make it not only traveling, but navigable. The context is a multicultural team that lives in a microcosm, sometimes decadent, it loses the threshold of reality and fiction, who are representing themselves and live as their characters. The crew come from different countries, with different legends, traumas and joys.
