MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

On Saturday April 26, 1986 the tower of a nuclear reactor exploded in Chernobyl NPP. The party leadership minimizes the incident, however Valery Kabysh, former drummer become a loyal party official, watch the panic of those responsible and understand that every second counts. This is the true account of his escape failed. Valerij try to leave the town with the lady who loves and his musician friends, but things in life are detained. It's Saturday, people go out for a walk, make the purchase, weddings and children play in the street. In this carefree fuss, any attempt to escape is doomed to failure. Is the disaster: invisible but omnipresent character in this story.
