MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

We are in Spain, during the dictatorship of General Franco, the mid- sixties. The Americans have established military bases in Spain. Internationally the Cold War is in full swing and the Vietnam War at its peak. Several of them in Andalucia, near Seville.
