MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2005 film?

33 years ago a terrible storm of wind and rain also allowed perhaps the most spectacular river flood Mataquito - province of Curico, Maule Region in recent legend. Only two were rebuilt.
