MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

In 1985, Alan García was elected president of Peru and also promised an electric train for, simply put, the town of Lima. During these 25 years was used to train a variety of different purposes of transporting passengers. In 2011 it opened a stretch of line 1, ie 22 of the 236.88 kilometers further up the 7 lines of the original plan. Someone wrote a song, others married into their wagons, enthusiastic artists painted murals on the unfinished columns, a teenager gave start urban artistic intervention in his honor and a dreamer alone led him every Friday to prevent spoilage.
