MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1994 film?

Fiona, a girl of ten years has been orphaned, goes to live with his grandparents to the west coast of Ireland. From home you can see the distant " human Robben Island ". Grandpa tells Fiona how he lost his brother Jamie: his crib was snatched by a wave and carried out to sea. Fiona's cousin echoes the rumors that Jamie is the birthplace browsing around the island. A beautiful legend about the seals could help them find the little Jamie.
