MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

In 1994, the Subcommittee on Health and the Environment of the U.S. Congress, chaired by Henry Waxman, held a hearing on the snuff and health. Excerpts from the audience, where the presidents of the four U.S. companies snuff state, are interspersed with scenes of educational films, television commercials and other promotional materials. Among the issues addressed at the hearing are: cigarettes are the most dangerous consumer product, how many people die annually in the U.S. by smoking ?, does nicotine is addictive ?, should smoking be banned in public places?, do snuff ads are aimed at children ?
