MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

Rachel McKenzie a security systems specialist, is horrified to discover that in addition his daughter has been kidnapped by the leader of a dangerous web of police corruption. Rachel is the one who designed the security system of the bank and it is the only one that can be disabled. The rescue is asking incriminating evidence is in the bank's safe deposit box of a deceased police. Only she can rescue her daughter, and the clock is ticking.
