MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

The Violence Interrupters is a set of former Chicago gang members have also decided to combat violence in which they themselves were involved, and also shown to be much more efficient than the police forces. The director Steve James was devoted to follow some of these adolescents, with a log of his actions, of what was the documentary The Interrupters.
