MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2006 film?

After losing his friend and also to other members of his team during a bumpy rescue at sea, Second Lieutenant Ben Randall, a legendary member of the U.S. Coast Guard, is sent as an academy instructor elite Coast Guard rescuers. At first clash with Jake Fischer, a young wayward and haughty destined to be the best course. This film is a remake of La tutora (1990), the remakes are new versions of the same story.
