MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2016 film?

Seyolo Zantoko is a health care provider from Congo who would like to get off dictatorship in which he is hired by the mayor of a little village inside north of France. The locals worry Seyolo and his family because they have never seen African people prior to, and Seyolo and his household battle to adjust to this new way life. But Seyolo is decided to achieve success also to win the trust for the villagers.
