MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

" At age 25 all localidad.nos of the USSR had to put a new picture in the passport. Still being photographer, I did not have a single picture of myself. I went to a photography workshop, photographer I did the portrait and told me to come pick it up the next day. When I returned, the photographer was in the darkened room and from there I cried myself to look at the table. I found my picture in the middle of a bunch of pictures: in that search my eyes were filled with dozens of faces of people my age. course, all people born in 1961 were required to change your passport photo, and there they were. So it was decided to look to all who were born on the same day than me. surely coming to understand the Creator's plans would have been required to meet all those who had come to the land the same day. But I went back into laziness and decided to limit my search to only one location. anyway , at that time, before the advent of the Internet, I needed four years to find all those people in a single city.
