MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

Momoko is a lonely teenager living in his own world built on the French Rococo era and has a very particular vision of things. But his world of costumes and masks is soon disrupted by the arrival of Ichigo a motorized rowdy, unlike her, prefers the American way and need to be around people at all times.
