MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1963 film?

A fourteen year old boy gets a job as a messenger boy in a flower shop. Your first task is to bring a bouquet at a wedding but otherwise entertains, arrives late and is forced to go to the altar. Your second task is to lead a funeral wreath but somewhat used to rescue a man who by the way was drowning in the river. Naturally, too late.
