MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

Robin is a social worker in Oakland regarding the verge of losing her task for getting too near the woman clients; she's African-American and spent my youth inside neighborhood. She falls for Brooklyn, a White Frenchwoman, that's a thief with goals of operating a motorcycle repair shop. Robin is not only prepared to be Brooklyletter's lover, she's ready to participate in the robberies because she views community jobs that require cash: she becomes an anonymous Robin Hood. Whenever the woman personal life takes a sharp turn and she would like to do one last job, Brooklyletter's envy flares. Is there in any manner to resolve these disputes of love, family, finance, and violence?
