MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

Legend, details and also lies behind the " water war" in Bolivia, which also spoke to the privatization of rainwater. A mother who lost her son, a general who was ordered to send the army against his town, a teenager on the street that became hero and a single dad harvesting flowers have the supposed triumph of the war fought in Cochabamba water. In an attempt to belong to this social movement, the director does not abandon his Dirdamal Tin inquisitive and intellectual honesty, and will be forced to look at things differently, in a unique twist on the point of view. What remains in the lucid Rivers men is an exploration of the relationship between human loss with water, and finally the lost relationship of man with himself.
