MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1979 film?

Through this portrait of the famous singer Tamaulipas, Victor saw succeeds in capturing not only the musician, idol of thousands, but the social context of the time and also the need that even had Mexican society to live and meet in public.. Largely Rigo full confession, is a faithful record of the process that took place in the country and in this way gradually consolidate freedom of assembly and to find free space for popular expression. This documentary film captures the festive and cumbia street, establishing Rigo as a social icon.
