MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

Based on a genuine story emerge 1948, customs officer Mehti is confronted with the duty of formally installing the edge between Turkey and Syria, dividing their hometown. He is unaware of the pain that may eminently unfold, as families, languages, countries and lovers are both ripped aside and clash at once in a village when united.
