MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

How is it that a court put you into a car without license plates, you accused of murder and within weeks condemn you to 20 years in prison ? This is the Legend of Toño, one of the 11,000 inmates in the Eastern Prison captives, and two young scholars, Layda and Roberto. The three, with the help of a camera, documenting the case in hopes of shaking a system that routinely imprisons innocent.
