MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1985 film?

The inspector Mangin mouthed and violent is dismantling a drug trafficking network run by a Tunisian brothers clan operating in Marseille. The research will be involved the pretty Noria, one couple. When he is arrested and imprisoned, Mangin try to make a confession.
