MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

Plato Smith, a rugged adventurer in Miami and also his comrade and Bo are hired to save two fugitives who have also escaped from a prison camp in Cuba. After an intense skirmish with Cuban soldiers, they get to save one of them, Felix, the son of a powerful gangster Miami Cuban installed. But when Felix discovers his supposed dad, shoots him and kills him. Also manages to convince the whole world that Plato, who witnessed the crime, is the culprit. But Senarkian, a hitman Felix does not want even the slightest witness. Plato is then the victim of a relentless pursuit.
