MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1974 film?

Martine Bressac returns home later than spending time in a psychiatric hospital. There he meets his bizarre gardener, his delayed servant, her husband, and with their cherished basement of torture, grotesquely decorated female cadavers dissected. She and her husband frolicking recover the lost time while his morbid spy on neighbor, a teenager who lives with her distinguished parents. One day they decide to invite her to his house and log into their perverse games: a bath a duo, stripteases, orgies ? ? until Martine leads to the basement of horrors. But once there, things will take a surprising turn.
