MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2014 film?

In search of a financial backing, a director pitches the film he desires to make to several possible investors. He promises to document on location the process of disarming and disbanding the youth gangs in Petecuy, one of the Colombia's many dangerous neighborhoods. Heading up the disarmament is procedure is Catholic priest Father Edilson Huerfano, his position puts him at chances with to Donal, the mafia boss in your community whoever power reaches deep in to the establishment. The film takes the spectator into distinct realities which can be constantly shutting in and reducing the fine line between reality and fiction.
