MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

In order to secure money for the production of his first film, a young man asks help from a film producer. The producer, however, was involved with pornographic films, and now his main business is drug dealing. The young director will have to become a drug runner in order to get the money he needs for his film
