MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1995 film?

If the history of French cinema of Godard for BFI series " Century of Cinema" was controversial, the Oshima on Japanese cinema was actually controversial to show their disdain for teachers immense. Many critics have wondered why Mizoguchi, Ozu and Kurosawa are undervalued, giving them a clip or two each, while Oshima talks about four of his own films.
