MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

The protection offered by a fortress - palace hung on the top of a mountain, the democratically elected president, surrounded by his closest associates, is preparing to celebrate a gala dinner to be attended commemorative many dignitaries and foreign heads of state. The day of the dinner he wakes up and discovers that the country has risen. The situation worsens during the day, the rebellion raging popular neighborhoods and guests apologize for not attending. After consulting with his staff, the president decides to teach a lesson to the protesters and to command his private militia: a host of gross black dresses, the " Moloch ".
