MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

Melinda is a new substitute instructor within Malawig Elementary class, positioned in an undesirable remote barrio. A university graduate, the woman family expects the woman to find work abroad, but in her idealism she assumes a challenging job in the provincial general public college, which does not have resources and has now corrupt personnel.
