MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2010 film?

Mayor Joseph Gajdos, of Zemplinske Hamre, Slovakia, has managed to lower the unemployment rate, satellite TV set and build sports centers during his tenure. What has failed, and you awake, is that unmarried people marry and have children, ensuring the perpetuity of the people and the Christian family model. However, Gajdos is a persevering man, and decides to organize a dance for singles of the people.
