MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

Reza is a criminal who escapes from prison posing as mullah. Having to stay in disguise longer than expected, by accident becomes the leader of the mosque in a small town, confusing people with his sermons that range from sexual advances to references to Quentin Tarantino.
