MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1922 film?

" The frogs who wanted a king " is an ironic and merciless political fable in which a community of frogs ask Jupiter to send them a king to solve their social problems. Acceding to his pleas, at first gives them a king Jupiter stick, it does nothing. Frogs complain and ask someone more active, so Jupiter sends them a stork, eaten a lot of frogs. As they complain and ask someone with power but do not eat frogs, Jupiter, already tired of them, they resend a new king, lightning striking down the remaining survivors frogs.
