MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1988 film?

" The Cowboy and the Frenchman " is a short film directed by David Lynch and starring Harry Dean Stanton that grew out of a trip he took Lynch to Paris, in which Daniel Toscan Du Plantier offered to direct an episode of the television series called "How I see the French." This short appears on a compilation llquerido: " The Short Films of David Lynch ". ARGUMENT: Slim is a ranch foreman, and is almost deaf because of two shots caliber 3006 that passed too close to his ears when he was 13 years. One day notes, along with Peter and Dusty, down from the mountains to a Frenchman named Pierre who brings his suitcase full of things French.
