MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2013 film?

Year 1955. Stroessner's dictatorship begins in Paraguay. In San Bernardino, a village created by German settlers along Ypacarai lake, a few people reside away from the world. Justino, after their dad's death, works as a postman to aid his family members and in addition attends a German college, where he will complete his main education. Without knowing it, he'll get involved in to the relationship of his German instructor and a mysterious character: one of many Nazi refugees in the country. However, everything starts to alter after a crime that thrills town. It all of a sudden appears to wake up through the slumber. Evidently, usual calm comes back. Nevertheless, nothing is similar anymore for Justino. A high school and a life full of goals mark his destination, outside of that globe with a promising future.
