MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

The events narrated in the film are based on a famous real chronic gated and abandoned in Chiang Mai, which became a desert wasteland due to a number of deaths and terrible paranormal. There will deceived the family of Mr. Thee, an ordinary guy who has been living with a salary of clerk, which has prevented him achieve ever dream home to live with his familila. One day, you have the opportunity to ascend as deputy head of Marketing in Chiang Mai, a place where wages are higher and more affordable housing. Thee will not hesitate to take the job and buy a house in a neighborhood of the place, to finally fulfill his dream with his familila. I did not expect is that his dream would become a nightmare.
