MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2005 film?

The film tells the story of love between a man and his half sister for forty years? ? Only if you count the number of days that have seen during that time, would not amount to more than ten days. He comes from a wealthy family, as she has grown up in poverty with his mother. While in college, Ms. joins wing guerrillas and, years later, kidnap his brother. When planning to run away together, chance determines otherwise.
