MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1987 film?

At the beginning of the Spanish Civil War a group of inmates of a mental health center takes advantage of the confusion of the arrival of the troops 'national' to get away from the center with control of which had been made after the abandonment of the medical director, who had delegated the responsibility for the religious. In their flight, are patients with a group of anarchists who will share bloody war episodes.
