MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1957 film?

Squarciò, a humble Italian fisherman tries to raise her family practicing dynamite fishing - throwing grenades into the water to capture and seafood. Unfortunately, comes to town a new head of the Coast Guard, which incidentally is determined to end this illegal form of fishing.
