MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

Rallia, a 19 years back in search of answers to his homeland after a long stay abroad. Rallia moves with ease to reach a plateau dominated by an overwhelming sun where he finds his gaunt and stooped grandfather. Beside the ruined stone and thatch home young interrogates him about the whereabouts of his mother. This dry and elusive, does not talk much, just working in the big city during the week. Not return until Friday. Wait Rallia lives with his grandfather and his other daughter, Nedja, forties, small, disturbed and lame. Weighs differences, the city girl her aunt decides to help provide water and assistance to the disadvantaged elderly living in their flimsy huts scattered on the plateau. Rallia interested observes the world from the desert, heavy bear skins on her delicate shoulders, ragged live like daughter Nedja becoming desert. But what will happen if her mother did not arrive on Friday as she expected. 'And if Grandpa had lied ? If Keltoum had decided hescapar of the misery of the mountain leaving his father and sister and left his daughter Rallia ?
