MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

In March 1980, César Alarcón traveled to Pompeii to carry out an ambitious project to collect psicofonías of the great eruption of Vesuvius that destroyed the city. After reviewing all recordings, none of them seems to contain sounds from 79 AD Unexpectedly, one of the tapes was recorded a strange phrase much more recent and that Caesar had heard somewhere. The city signs is a journey through the films of Italian director Roberto Rossellini. His cinema was a stylet which opened the breach through which all modern cinema would happen next. The spaces used as locations for his film still keep shooting signals. Signs that are part of a vast city built on the backs of the living and the dead.
