MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2012 film?

In 1989 the director José Luis García participated in the XIII World Festival of Youth and Students held in Pyongyang, North Korea. Garcia recorded with a borrowed camera when Sukyung Lim, a young political activist, came to the town clandestinely students representing South Korea and the claim of peaceful reunification of the Korean people. Twenty years later, Garcia rediscovers her. Besieged by the harassment of a society still at war, Lim Sukyung ends up revealing the profound and unexpected bond that unites a complete stranger come from the other side of the planet.
