MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2005 film?

In a wonderful and perfect community of neighbors that looks like something out of a fairytale, among adolescents and adults no communication whatsoever, living in two parallel worlds and try to figure out how can their frustrations: one looking for thrills, others absorbed in their empty lives. Troy, amphetamines trafficker Institute, has committed suicide and left him the goods to Dean, his best friend. His classmates decide to kidnap Dean's brother to take over the material, but wrong and kidnap another boy.
