MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

A man leaves Mexico City to go to the field to prepare for his death. They are staying with an old Indian widow in a rickety house overlooking a desolate canyon. In the vastness of a wild and imposing landscape, faces the infinite humanity of the old widow, and behavior between cruelty and lyricism. His dulled senses awaken and renew their instinct so vital and sexual desires.
