MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

Thomas is a bisexual man who maintains a promiscuous sexual lifestyle, with several relationships at the same time. One day he receives the news that a former lover has no life. Despite the complications that entails, Thomas feels a responsibility to take care of Gregoire, the 13 year old son he had with the deceased.
