MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

In 1950, the tiny Calabrian village of Caulonia nevertheless numbered nearly 15,000 souls, but there now stay no more than a hundred or so. A phlegmatic old guy and a disabled woman are among the last inhabitants whom haunt the deserted village. They seem to be waiting apathetically because of their end and resemble the old watercraft abandoned on coast. Il Dono could be the story of those who possess kept, told by those people who have stayed; a tale of catastrophe and exodus.
