MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1915 film?

In Czarist Russia, appealing Clara Kimball Young (as Hope aka Anna Ivanovna) has 'consecrated her life to exert effort among Russia's persecuted poor.' She dispenses meals, medication, and funds on needy, from a busy charity headquarters. Poor medical practitioner Vernon Steele (as Paul Pavloff) helps just as much as he is able to, and wealthy merchant Claude Fleming (as Serge) donates cash. Both guys are in love with Ms. Kimball Young. In reality, the woman 'pretty face' attracts many guys in Russia.
