MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

During the Iran-Iraq Guera, a group of Iranian Kurdish musicians embark on a nearly impossible mission. They try to find Hanareh, a singer with a magic voice who crossed and may be at risk now in Iraqi Kurdistan. As in his previous film, the director Kurdish will be focusing on the oppression of its people.
