MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1921 film?

One of the few films that still survive Matsunosuke Onoe, the first Japanese film star, who acted in more than 1,000 films. It is based on the story of Jiraiya, the hero of a novel ninja adapted from a famous Chinese legend, which was so popular that from 1839 onwards was republished series for 30 years, and later became a bastion of kabuki theater. Jiraiya had the ability to fly and go, and will become fungus. And it was not until his incarnation film that his character finally found the perfect medium to display his magical powers. Matsunosuke's popularity at the time and was great, and the success of the film was due to its performance and innovative ideas the director Shozo Makino, known as "the father of Japanese cinema ." This film marked the end of the last phase of their collaboration.
