MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

"Buy, use and throw ". How easy it is. The shops are emptied and filled landfills. But what humans ignore, is the struggle that takes the garbage to survive in the jungle of the landfill. Every hour of useless objects mountains fooled by the dastardly Don Bater, to finish in the guts of the terrible Burning Oven. Only the clumsy detective trenchcoat and Garbage Pail Glup deign to survive tyranny. But from now on will have an easier, they have emerged as an ally: Alicia. A girl who has broken into the landfill by accident and do not know how to get back home.
